With 10 years IT experience businessman Steve Warrender decided to take on the challenge of running his own business, providing computer support to home and business users.

Steve launched his business, It to Go in 2005 with just £200 of his own money offering IT support to individuals and local businesses. He has built up his business over the years and now provides a large selection of computer services including website design, network support, server problems, CCTV, virus support, computer M.O.T’s and technical guidance. IT to Go can be contacted by either visiting the new Doncaster branch in Hatfield or by arranging an onsite visit to your home or business.

IT to Go provides a wide range of custom-built and ‘off the shelf’ PC’s and laptops as well as a comprehensive range of computer accessories. However, they are very much a service based company and don’t just want to sell a PC without offering the support before, during and after the sale. Similarly, no matter how big or small the problem, the same standard of service will apply. By providing a good quality service at the right price, Steve aims to become Doncaster’s number one IT support provider.

Following a couple of years trading in Doncaster town centre, Steve has now been able to relocate his business to his current shop, 19 High Street, Hatfield. Business is thriving and Steve is looking to expand further and employ more staff in the near future.

Steve first came to Business Doncaster looking for general business advice and help to grow his business. He was put in touch with the Business Buddies program where he was partnered with a personal business advisor who discussed different ways of marketing his business to help business growth. He also took advantage of various networking opportunities including attending as an exhibitor at 2009′s Business Doncaster Business Showcase at The Dome. Steve thoroughly enjoyed the show and would recommend this type of event as an excellent way of making new business contacts.
