Private companies were offered the opportunity of wage subsidies to help place local people into employment as part of a former strand of the Business Doncaster programme, called Aspiration Doncaster. That helped Independent Service Bookings (ISB) Ltd!!!

ISB ltd offers call centre services to the motor dealership sector providing a comprehensive range of telesales activities including MOT bookings, appointment making and after-sales consultancy.

Over the last few months, the business has been fortunate to have experienced rapid growth therefore requiring further staffing. Taking advantage of the wage subsidies initiative the programme offers, ISB Ltd have benefited from this and been able to appoint new members of staff.

The new employees have undergone specialist training to enable them to carry out their new roles effectively and following on from the initial placement, one member of staff has been appointed as a permanent employee within the company. It is also anticipated that a further five permanent jobs will become available due to the company securing a contract with a major franchised dealership.

ISB Ltd believe that their continued growth may not have been possible without the help and financial support they have gained from the Business Doncaster programme.
